"Cooper at Thompsons Toyota helped me get the Rav4 I specifically wanted. I used a car buying service, and sent him specifics. He was the only dealer who immediately sent me the car details via e mail with the MSRP and price he could sell it to me for. He was upfront about what was on the lot, what cars he could find, and all pricing, including fees. The other dealers... not so much!
I live in NV, and via emails he gave me some other Rav4 choices when I was not sure of the initial ones' extra features... but in the end it was the one I truly wanted and purchased. He walked me thru all options and details.
Cooper was solid. He stood by his prices, honored a rebate change, and we cleared up confusion on which car I was buying readily, and he ordered it from a dealer an hour away. There was no pressure, no sales gimmicks, no waffling. My trade in too was very easy and very fair.
The transparency in the transactions, the great supportive and reassuring customer service "we'll make it easy", the nice touch of sending me a video tour when the car arrived (as I would not be able to get there for a few days), the consistency of his words and actions, all made me happy to drive three hours across state lines to buy my new Rav4!!! The service experience was perfect. I dropped my car off early in the morning and was home thanks to your shuttle service by 9am. When my Highlander was finished, Danny called to let me know he was sending the shuttle up to bring me back to Thompson's to get my car. The first thing I will say is ALL THE PERSONNEL AT THOMPSONS TOYOTA ARE GREAT!!! I've never had any problems at all. You all make everything easy.
