Comments: On Thursday February 28th I brought my 1999 Toyota Tacoma in to Thompsons Toyota for a Smog Check and an oil change. It was good to see everyone; it always feels like I'm visiting friends when I step through the door at Thompsons. Comments : I brought my Camry in because is was making noises and I also needed an oil change as well as a new visor. It turned out I needed a new alternator and my transmission was also leaking pretty bad. I got everything fixed on my car and I'm happy to report it is working fabulous and running like a new car again! The staff was very professional, honest and extremely friendly. After going to another dealership where I did not get this level of professionalism, it makes me appreciate thompsons that much more. They did not just try to sell me anything, I actually felt like they were just trying to help. I never feel pressured at thompsons and trust them completely. I would highly recommend going to thompsons and will continue to take my car here.

My pickup was washed and the steering wheel spokes were horizontal unlike what happens at other dealers that are now out of business.
